First and foremost I would like to apologize because I was completely unaware that you were unsatisfied with your service yesterday . The inspo picture that you showed me was of someone who had barrels with twist , and his locs were a bit longer than yours ( in these styles length matters when it comes to how the locs will lay/fall ) . He had over 8 locs in the barrels / twists , you asked for only 4 which is why I showed you your hair less then half way through to ensure that you were satisfied with how they were coming out . If you hadn’t told me that you liked them I would have taken them out with no problem at all ; I would have also had no problem doing that if you would have told me that you were unhappy with the style after your service . Being as though you said that you like it a lot I thought it was okay . The retwist didn’t feel pleasant because you opted out for a wash , as well as the time frame / new growth you had from your last retwist . Your locs were matted together pretty bad . Customer service is our top priority and we never want to make our clients feel uncomfortable or unsatisfied. If you would like a different style we would be more than happy to accommodate that . Also I do want to assure you that there was zero scalp bleeding because at that point we would have to stop and/or refuse service .
