I've been going to jflo Therapy for a long time. I always have the best experience and immediately pain relief. This time I went with Mikey at the FTL... location and he was excellent, knowledgeable and gave me instant relief from my shoulder pain. He also gave me some exercises to do at home to help with my shoulder mobility. Jflo Therapy is the best of the best and i highly recommended anyone with any muscular pain to go there. Show more

Jo is by far the best sport therapist I have ever met and worked with. He had taken care of me for the last 3+ years and had maintain my bidy in top n...otch while my various fitness journey. He had seen while i was doing CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and now while i am preparing for the Miami Marathon. The best thing is that Jo knows what we feel, why we ache, and where we ache because he is an athlete himself and have/does those sports too. He is really a must if you want to keep your body healthy! Show more
