Had an appointment with Arturo at 6:15pm. I was there at 6:13pm. They informed me that he left. I had no idea. The gentleman did tell me that I would ...be the next one after another barber was done with his client. It is now 7:01pm and still not helped. 45 mins later, I walked out. Never again. Bad customer service. Horrible. Show more
