No one is going out their way to argue w some one this messy. If you want her to braid your hair GO HEAD just don’t ASK FOR TOO MUCH! FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS see for yourself, too busy booked someone else for next time. That’s crazy wild you never said you don’t like your hair…i even told you multiple times I don't do the braids but kept insisting I do them; even after I offered my braiders I refer. I even went out my way to give you a ride home after your appointment. & booksy does the deposit based off the service .! Like I’m confused I most definitely would have gave a discount or we would have had an agreement….but to come on my reviews like this & you literally keep getting on here editing your review. This this your 2nd time to me.!!! Like this literally my life & how I take care of my kids.! But noted & thank you. I will be praying for you.

I set my hair appointment for 10:30 am, and the morning of, Essence told me that we'd have to change the time because her mom's car was having proble...ms. She did offer me $20 off the price, which was fair. We agreed on 4pm, and an hour before l, she sent me a picture of her sons swollen finger and said we'd have to push the appointment to 5:30 or 6pm. I told her I was sorry about her son and that 5:30 or 6 would be fine. She never responded back although I called and texted. I understand that things happen, but she didn't communicate. The next day I texted her a question mark. She then sent me several rude and unprofessional text messages and then wanted me to call her, which I had no desire to do. I simply told her that I wouldn't let her touch my hair with a teen for pole, and that I was done. No drama, but she continued to text me several more times, and I ended up having to block her.
