Worst experience I’ve ever had with a haircut. I went to Jose after booking with Abi (they texted me in advance of the switch, my first mistake). I to...ld Jose specifically to trim the top and give me a low taper on the sides. He proceeds to chop off all of my curls and gave the complete wrong haircut. As well as cut up the back of my neck and front. Then, when I say that it’s all wrong, he tells me that I’m not a barber, shows me pictures of his past work and imply that I don’t understand even though I told him it was wrong. He may be a “barber” but I’m the one who has to keep this monstrosity of a haircut and the one with the payment. He then threatened me that if I don’t pay there’s going to be a problem. Anyone in Buffalo needs to steer clear from this barbershop and Jose as a BARBER. Show more

Abi has been my son’s barber since my son was 1 and now he’s 8. He’s also been my father’s barber for a very long time. He’s the only person my father... allows when it comes to doing his or my sons hair because we feel he’s amazing at what he does. From being in the shop all the barbers are professional, funny, and all around welcoming. It’s a wonderful environment. Show more
