Murph is a good barber. Had a couple of confirmed appointments that he had to change right before or the day of the appointment. On one occasion, he d...idn’t show up at all and didn’t make a good enough attempt to accommodate my time. I hope he realizes that patrons time are just as precious as his. UPDATE: By Murph (the barber) rebutting my review should be a clear testament of his moral character. Instead of accepting feedback (which is my right), he became defensive and accused me of making dishonest remarks. I am a Senior Executive, which means I have very little free time…..so if I take time to leave this review, then that is credibility all on its own. I do wish this brother the very best and hope that he learns from this true and honest feedback. Murph, please remember that “the customer is always right” and that “all criticism and feedback can be put to good use if you truly want to be successful. Show more

I have diligently communicated my concerns and possess text messages that can provide insight into the situation.
