I had my nails done a couple days ago and while the nail tech was nice and professional, I was disappointed with my experience. At first I thought the...y were fine but after I took a closer look at home I was unhappy. I opted for an ombré design on all nails, but I was charged for accent nails as well as ombré, which led to unexpected sticker shock when I saw the bill. I don’t have a problem with paying extra but I would like to be informed beforehand so I know what to expect. The ombré design was inconsistent between hands, leaving me disappointed. Here are a couple pictures of each hand and the inspo I provided. Again would like to emphasize that she was very kind and clean just feeling unsatisfied with my nails. Show more
