Ty was very professional and patient. He did all three of my boys cuts, one being autistic, and he was very good with them and the cuts came out exact...ly how I asked. As a mom, it’s very hard to find a barber that is professional, patient, and good at cutting so I appreciate that, wholeheartedly! Show more

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! As you can see from the text, i had an appointment scheduled. HE reached out, saying that he wasn't feeling well, suggested a n...ew time, AND THEN NEVER SHOWED UP!!! THE TIME IS NOW 11:11 AM on the day HE SUGGESTED! I arrived at the shop at 9:28 am!!! We spoke on the telephone, and HE SAID HE GOT CONFUSED AND THAT HE IS ON THE WAY!!!!! NOW, he's not answering the phone, responding to texts, NOTHING! The other people in the shop are calling him, too, and he won't respond!!! This is PROOF that he is unreliable! Why would you miss out on an opportunity to get money?!? FURTHER, WHY WOULD YOU MISLEAD A CLIENT?!?!?! WHY NOT SAY I MESSED UP, AND I CANT MAKE IT?!?! INSTEAD, YOU HAVE AN OUT OF TOWN GUEST SIT AROUND FOR 2 HOURS WAITING?!?!?! Show more

The barber did not show up to our appointment. Tried to call did not hear from him, but it cool worker tried to call him, and after a few minutes of ...waiting, it was disclosed that Thai was unaware of disappointment, even though it was showing on the Booksy app as confirmed. I couldn’t get my haircut, unfortunately as the option of returning at a later time was simply not feasible for my schedule. Show more
