I love Phoebe. I have been her client for over six year. My children also get their hair done by her. She always tries to accommodate them so that ...they are happy with their hair. My son, especially sees her more often, is rocking his new style. He had to see someone else while Phoebe was recovering from surgery and he hated his hair. Phoebe does a great job in all the styles but I particularly think that her cornrows are perfection. Her prices are good too. I definitely recommend her. Thanks Phoebe! Show more
