I had an appointment yesterday 8/3 for my daughter and my goodness she braided her hair better than the picture and not once did she look at the pictu...re to make sure she was doing it the same that’s talent. She’s very professional and her shop is very clean and kept and that chair she has it’s so comfortable when sitting to wait for my daughter. The customer service is great we didn’t sit in her shop silent she actually conversed with me. Having my child there for the first time is scary because you don’t know the beautician but she made my baby feel comfortable let alone myself and that’s all I have to see. She’s so patient with the kids I didn’t hear not one complaint about my baby. We will definitely be back great work and great customer service so worth the money!!! Show more

Chanell is very professional. Though the low price, you definitely receive awesome quality in service and a clean studio. She is detailed with the hea...d massage and wash. Chanell was very attentive that I was "tenderheaded," she ensured to not get the small hairs of my nape. The style actually lasted three weeks and it didn't look like it needed to come out. Now that Im in Atlanta paying $300 for the exact hair style. The customer service and attention to detail is unmatched with Chanell's. The car photo is the third day after service, and the others are 2 -3 weeks later. I definitely recommend Chanell and will be scheduling an appointment for when I return to Harker Heights. Show more
