Very unprofessional. Dude just got attitude because I changed my mind about the style I wanted. And he just cancelled on me out of just being petty. T...he appointment was actually for a friend who just moved into town. Your loss!! Show more

I'm sorry you don't understand the way I conduct business. When you make an appointment you should keep it. Show up on time and the correct date. And also the service you schedule for keep it or change it in the app. And last. Respond when your barber is contacting you about a appointment you made. But hope you have better luck with whoever you go to next.

I try my hardest to be professional and communicate with my barber, especially as a new customer so the cut can be correct. This man was very unprofes...sional in responding to changes or any type of adjustments to help me get the cut I like. My last straw came on the last cut. He was late getting me in the chair he was taking pictures of a cut disregarding the fact he was already 20 minutes behind schedule. Then had the nerve to rush my cut, tried to get me out the chair without the razor finish when I said something about it he said something smart back, lol smh. He reluctantly used the razor on me. Took my line up back like his after we agreed that I only want a ghosts line Don’t create a new line. He literally created a new line. Wtf is wrong with ppl. He complains about other customers all the time as if he is not the unprofessional one. I still paid the $50 and my line up a week and a half later is still not back smh. BEFORE I WROTE THIS I DID CONTACT HIM WITH A VIDEO OF MY LINE UP, asking him what his thoughts were and he unprofessionally did not respond. Show more
