I decided to restart my loc journey. No better time than during Black History Month. I was blessed to find this wonderful loctician. Tanisha set the v...ibe with the great music and welcoming spirit. My hair is much shorter this time around so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Tanisha exceeded all of my expectations. I walked out with a beautiful set of starter locs. From beginning to end, the experience, customer service, communication and care was 5 star. She not only provided a great wash for my 3 month old locs..., she provided insight and suggestions on other pertinent stuff. I'm in Charlotte for work and as a result, not at home with my normal loctician. I always get really anxious intrusting my hair to people I don't have a long term "hair-story" with. But she really made me feel at ease, answered all of questions, made me look good and provided me with confidence in knowing my hair was retwisted right. Thank you!! Show more

Hey my name is ntella. I visited your shop last month on 09-09-22 around 9:30am, now this is not me trying to be rude but, however I did want to let y...ou know I did not feel confident the way you left my hair! Literally the second day my hair started coming out so I’m thinking it just because I’m starting my loc journey but it got worse!!!,more was come out, I walk around for weeks like that to the point my husband told me to take it out. I went to another loc specialist and let’s just say I have to restart my loc journey over and have to pay out over $100. If you knew the coils was not a good idea as you kept saying we should have did the 2 strand twist. It a lesson learn and I’ll charge it to the game. Show more

The picture is not how you left here. I suggested two strand twist like you stated and you wanted to go with coils. I showed you both methods before starting so that you could see. I also advised you that your hair was straight in some areas and would unravel and would be hard to loc, you wanted to proceed with the starter locs. I advised you to also come back in, you chose not to. Furthermore when you left you were very pleased with your hair. If you were not you had the opportunity to voice that concern at that time. But I asked and you said you loved them. Thanks for your review.
