Consultation

If I could give no star I would. I scheduled and paid for a consultation. I was advised that it would be a video consultation and that I would receive... the link 15 mins prior to my scheduled appointment time, which I did. I scheduled the appointment with a yahoo email address and the meeting was scheduled as Google Meets. I have never used Google Meets and did not know that I could not access the meeting from my yahoo email account. My husband is a Google user so I used his Google account. I emailed the scheduler and advised her if this and provided my husband’s email address that I used to join to the meeting. I received no response via my text and she never joined the meeting online. I followed up via text two more times and waited online to join the meeting for over 15 minutes and still nothing. I can’t imagine that the use of a different email address which I provided should have prevented the consultation from moving forward and to just completely ignore a potential customer is simply beyond poor customer service. I believe I am due a refund for a service that was not rendered and I will be reporting this incident to the BBB. Show more
