She was o...n time and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable . She is a talented braider and very passionate about her job. She did a very neat and amazing job on my hair. I love my hair🥰. Wish I could give her 10 stars. She is outstanding. I am a first time customer. Cassy was late but she did my braids very neatly and in a timely manner and atmosphere of the shop is friendly. However, I...’m not happy that fire was used on my hair to clean up the braids although I asked her not to. I am also unhappy that I was charged for Boho knotless braids although I had to switch my service to regular knotless. This is MY EXPERIENCE. Edit: of course she will make excuses but the fact of the matter is. I chose to take the color she had and she insisted on waiting for the beauty supply store to open. Not my problem. Just take accountability and do better. Show more

I do apologize for being 12 minutes late but we also waisted a hour because you didn't not read and was not prepared with the boho hair you needed. Then I had to wait until the store opened to purchase hair after you decided to change the color. Also before I used the light at the bottom of your hair I asked and you said yes. I also reminded you that you will have to pay for the serviceup you booked even tho you need to switch because you weren't prepared because Booksy does receive 30% of their commission from boost clients and you were ok with it .
