Wow, My prayers have been answered! I have looked years and years for a stylist that has a passion for NATURAL, REAL & HEALTHY hair; that I felt would... listen and execute what I am asking for. Thameshea did just that and provided so much explanation for the options that would work best for me to choose from for what I wanted and needed. That is something a person like me truley appreciates. Thameshea's skills speak for themselves through her portfolio photos, she is phenomenal but what you can't see is that this woman is genuine, trustworthy, responsible, accepting, professional, compassionate, accountable and respectful! The shop is beautiful, warm and welcoming. Thamesha was very hospitable and I dont think I can say enough about how I was impressed by her professionalism and level of communication. Communication skills are poor among with her management! They refused to talk to me! I'm sorry your experience wasn't like everyone else that arrived on time. This was your 2nd appointment with me. You scheduled an appointment because you loved the way your hair looked the 1st time I did your hair. You even showed me the picture. You said it was damaged and wanted me to get it back healthy. The problem started because you didn't want to pay. My coworker, security & my client witnessed your erratic behavior. Your appointment was scheduled for 1:15p. You arrived at 2:07.
