Terrible experience! A 1 hour service took over 2 hours first of all. I ended up getting handed off to another nail tech that didn’t understand what a...n oval shape was (after several explanations and asking her to fix the squareness of the nail). She finally understood rounded but isn’t that an entire different shape?? Which probably explains why they were trying to charge me for a “change” of original shape! The tech was also having personal issues and was very emotional so the focus was just not there and yes I heard the WHOLE story! On top of everything I get in my car and discover a scab on one of the nails! I should have walked out without paying but I was already late to another event….which I didn’t make…and I just wanted to get out of there! Very disappointed. 5-Star Nails is more like -5 Star Nails!
