Smedium Knotless BOX BRAIDS Standard Length

I’ve been a loyal client for two years that has not complained and has given grace & empathy. Service has always been great but I will have to find a ...new braider. This would not be an issue if timeliness has not always been a problem. I love the conversation and swift service but this has became ridiculous. Especially when I put in PTO for my appointments it’s become very disappointing to receive a message each morning to postpone the time. The starting time has been pushed back by the business each time but once. But the most recent event was attempted to be rescheduled for another day. Out of 9 appointments, 7 were pushed back by atleast 30 minutes up to 2 hours. And one was attempted to be moved to another day. I had an appointment scheduled for August 28th at 10am, the day before received a text and email saying my appointment was moved to 11:30. The day of my appointment I receive a text asking to reschedule for the next day at 11:30am. Then on the actually day of my now rescheduled appointment (August 29th), I get a text that she’ll be there at 12pm. Show more

Thanks for the review and I apologize I'm only one person and I always let you know when I'm going to be late my car has been in the shop as I explained that to you before not to mention parking can be quite a bit hard in the morning downtown I rather give you a heads up about timing then to not tell you or having you waiting and not know what's going on . Stuff does come up and I try and still accommodate my clients I'm a single parent who has children as well so if there running behind time or I have to adjust my schedule for them that's what I do as well as accommodating my clients sorry this relationship has to end stay blessed Ms Jay 😊
