As I can recall, on your 1st visit, I helped to repair your tattered grid for a charge of $130 over the span of two days (12 hours total). Everyone who knows me understands that I do not do this for the money. I felt bad for you and your hair, which at the time resembled a bird's nest. I explained $30 for each additional hour. But I would do you a favor this time because I understand how difficult it can be when you're just starting your loc journey. My blessing to you. You understood my prices and maintenance schedule. I provided you tips for washing your hair and tried to deter you from continuing to wash your hair weekly. As too much washing works against the process. For your 2nd retie, you booked a 3 1/2 hour session, which is usually sufficient. However, when you have massive slippage due to your washing practices, more time is needed. I explained that your hair would require 4 additional hours. Each additional hour is $30. After looking at our schedule, you asked if you could come the next day. I told you that I only had 3 hours available the next day, so it is not likely that we would finish. You chose to book the 3 hours anyhow, from 2pm -5pm. Today, you casually arrived for your appointment late, at 2:15. I worked until 5:30, again giving you extra time. A small section was left undone. Unfortunately, you are unsatisfied. In the real world, you can't expect constant favors in business dealings. Be blessed on your journey. Update: Life lessons, grow from it.
