The service was good and the manicurist did an amazing service with my pedicure. The tools were clean and sanitized and she did a wonderful job on my ...nails. However, when I went to pay for my service, they charged me $16 to save my reservation, but they didn't discount the $16 from my final price. Instead, I paid the full price of my service, but they never took in account of the $16 I paid in advance for my appointment. So, they have - in total - $48 from being charged for the full price and the deposit of saving my reservation. If this is how they're going to charge their clients by not charging the correct amount of money when they ask for a deposit - by subtracting the deposit from the price, and this was WITHOUT a tip - then this is isn’t a business that I want to associate myself with for the foreseeable future, which is why I am giving them two stars. First of all, I’m glad to know you were satisfied with the service provided. At our salon, we strive to offer the best possible attention and ensure that every client feels comfortable and happy. Regarding the alleged $16 charge, I’d like to clarify this with complete transparency: at no point was that amount charged as a deposit. When booking your appointment, a card was requested solely as a backup, as clearly stated in our terms. This card is only charged in the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, but no deposit is required to reserve. If you believed that charge had already been made, the appropriate thing would have been to mention it at the time of payment, so we could have verified and resolved the issue right then. However, that did not happen. The system processed a total of $32.10 for the service received, including a $2.10 fee for using a card, which I personally informed you about. Even in the screenshot you shared, only the charges for the two services you’ve received from us are visible—there is no sign of a $16 charge. I want to emphasize that it has never been our intention to disrespect any client. We deeply value every person who chooses us and always aim to act with professionalism, clarity, and respect.

Loved my Russian Mani experience with Leydis, she took the time to intricately remove every bit of cuticle and shape my nails. She also custom mixed a... nail color for me because I am quite picky. My pedi with Sheylla was also such a nice experience. They were both very sweet and attentive and have a beautiful and clean setup.
