Ok I’m good with cosmetologists suggesting hair care, it’s a science to take care of especially when it comes to porosity and health. My hair was dry ...and I hadn’t combed it in weeks. Working so much and having to book around schedules can be hard when it can’t always be on your time. However, I got 2 treatments because I knew I would need them. I was on time, had to wait outside while she finished with previous client because they keep the doors locked. I still waited about 20min. She left to get her kids-ok but that took longer than the 30min treatment so more wait. And then blow drying, dropping dryer and dryer comb, so called scratching nose and not sanitizing, and there’s pampas tree that blows all over your hair while blow drying. Yes I mentioned and made my complaint and to act as if nothing was wrong. I won’t be back and I still paid but know I’m thinking I shouldn’t have because I have to wash my hair again after the sniffles/liquid fluids in my hair feeling of sickness. I guess this is what they do to women with lots of hair, try to intimidate clients needing a stylist and thinking they can do whatever. It happened at another stylist that I no longer visit. But why would you test professionalism and patience? You know better being in business for so long and they teach you better in cosmetology school for certification. It shouldn’t be personal because I don’t know these people and I don’t do people wrong because I don’t want that karma. Thank God for a good health! Good day! Show more
