The manicure and pedicure was really nice, but after one week some of the gel manicure started chipping. One of my nails completely lost all the gel ...with the beginning of the second week. I thought get manicures are supposed to last more than a week or two? Show more

I love how Anna does my nails, I would like to always be booked with her. I just wish she wouldn’t rush. It felt a little rushed. Everyone else there ...seems to not care to do a good job except Anna and her husband. I was getting gel before I got dip this last time because the gel would chip always the day after I would get them done. It was sad. Hopefully the dip holds up. I hope. Show more

i love coming here and i love anna but sometimes i really don’t like when she flips between clients. people pay to come to her and it gets annoying wh...en it gets over booked. a few days ago my appt was at 11 and i didn’t get done till 1 because she was not solely focused on me during my appt time. people schedule appts because we have a certain window that will work. kind of disappointed in my appt. I was sceptical at first. I used to visit these typical salons in the past, but have been going to a more upscale and more expensive shop. I needed my... nails asap and made an apt and was reen by Lee. She took her time, did exactly what I asked for, and I could not of been happier. The service was cheaper and my nails look amazing. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If I could leave no stars i would. They REFUSED to soak off my already existing dip only filed off the gel designs. I questioned th...em why they did that and they tried to tell me it was acrylic??? I assured them it was not i know what i get. Then she argued that they always do this to help my nails grow and to save money? I gave up and said “ok but they better not be thick” The lady i booked with is the owner i did this thinking it would be the best tech but i was wrong. My nails are still SO thick even after arguing that they needed to file them down more. None are the same shape, length or thickness. There are clear spots and she left color all over my fingers. Sorry for missed understood $60 for basics manicure and pedicure with regular nails polish you must be doing gels on both nails and toes that why came out $ 85 if you want to double checkeck in our price list

I had an awful experience here. Reserved a mani/pedi and pedi at the same time for myself and a friend. Only one woman serviced us, it took over an ho...ur and a half. Everyone in there was waiting for service. Our nails didn't even come out well. At one point the woman sneezed into her hand, and continued the pedicure without washing them. Show more

I’m sorry for your bad experience at our salon but number one my question is you said my girl was doing your pedicure and she was sneezed and didn’t wash her hands I don’t think she was working on your feet and use her dirty hands to cover her mouth number 2 you said she took for both of you in one hour half that very normal time for basic manicure and pedicure 1 hour for basic manicure and pedicure and your friend 30 minutes for pedicure she spends the right amount of time to server you both I'm much more precious if you came up to me that day and tell me that you wasn’t happy instead of gave me 1 star we’re working very hard to hope our clients happy
