Silk Press- Long/Thick Hair All Over Trim

When booking a silk press, just know that you will be charged 2 extra fees at the end of your service. A detangle fee and a trim fee. I’m still confus...ed on the detangle fee because my hair wasn’t matted or had any knots. As far as a trim fee, I never in my life had to pay an extra $30 for a trim when getting a silk press…it was always included. Show more

I offer this option in order to provide clients with more flexibility and customization in their hair care. My pricing reflects the quality of my services and expertise. I am always open to discussing any concerns about my services, as I did with you at the end of your service. As well, while I certainly provided 20 minutes of detangling, we discussed it and I deducted it from your total. Trimming is never included in a service, and I never hide costs. I am always transparent with my clients. Your ends were extremely damaged. I have all of the photos that show the detangling, the damaged ends, and the final look. Your response and reaction was that you loved your hair, so the review is extremely surprising, as honesty matters. Nevertheless, thank you for your feedback.
