I been literally waiting for this because of your your body language and since of entitlement I knew it was coming. First off it says on my booksy for new clients to reach out to me before booking because booksy don’t always send the notification to me right away as well to prevent double bookings. I informed you of this when you got in the chair but I could tell you was bothered then after you got a call from you wife letting her say whatever and I didn’t trip then. You kept showing you where irritated and I finally asked you where you okay and you said you was tired and it wasn’t my fault. I told you how I was running on fumes and didn’t get to eat and the tension seemed to die down. Seeming how I was backed up and tired I didn’t blend the back how i needed to and offered to fix it as well as free cut after you sent me a very sassy text trying to threaten me. I had already not charged you for an add on for the miscommunication on booking as well as selling you some of my oil at a discount. I’m human and have video evidence of your entire cut to show your energy was completely different than this long review you decided put so much effort in 5 days after you came and got a cut. Very sad that you put so much energy into this and I would have fixed your issue in less effort. I appreciate the conversation and advice you gave.
