Hello Mr. Snelling, I'm apologize that you feel as though I pushed your hairline back, but I assure you I did not. My business and my booksy are professional sites. Please respond as such. Additionally, I have pictures of your hair hair before I enhanced/darkened you hairline in your thin areas. I will post them on here and text you them as well to remind you what your hairline originally looked like. I have cut your hair multiple times to your satisfaction, I don't know where my error was. Please come back to the shop if you would like a refund or a touch-up on your enhancements free of charge. Additionally, once you receive enhancement spray, it is not wise to wash your hair until after the event. This is common knowledge, but I apologize if I didn't make you aware of this on your last visit. Respectfully, D.Ferg

He felt very comfortable and really liked that D-Ferg took his time and a...sked several questions, making sure he got the cut wanted. My son has asked to return here in the future.
