Don’t bother making an appointment. He didn’t know my appointment was at 1PM and said he thought it was at 2:30PM. Please don’t ever try to get a ba...layage or highlight here from him. I’ve had just highlights before elsewhere and it looked pretty and his constant questioning to me on if I wanted to do balayage or highlight throughout the entire experience was super stressful. I asked for cool tones to my hair and it looked like nothing was even done to my hair. I was there from 1PM until 5:30PM. I should’ve just gotten a haircut and get my balayage elsewhere. Awful experience and a waste of money. Please don’t come here. Show more

The confusion on our stylist's end was due to an email he received from booksy notifying him of the booking change done by you for a 2:30pm time. Our stylist always strive to understand what the clients are asking for, we're sorry the uncertainty of not knowing whether the client is requesting a balayage or highlight caused you stress. Service time can vary a lot when coloring hair especially when the client has a lot of hair, we will work to improve our communication of expected duration of services. I had a great experience going to Thuan to get my hair colored from black to blonde. He told me from the start that it would not happen in one visit b...ecause he didn’t want to break my hair with the processing. It ended taking 3 bleaching processes to get my hair to blonde and I’m very happy with the result. Thank you Thuan! Show more

I get my nails done every two weeks so needless to say I’ve been to many nail shops and through many nail technicians. I just got my manicure and pedi...cure done with Kerrie today and hands (and nails) down it was the best experience. Kerrie pays extra attention to details and even went the extra mile to make sure my feet were smooth and baby soft. My feet and hands look amazing! Will definitely book her again! Show more
