Overall Taylors customer service was fantastic, and welcoming. I would say I was not pleased with the hair cut. My line was not straight and a bit pat...chy. He did attempt to add enhancement, but it’s noticeable. I asked for a fade. It was not blended well on the sides. The left side is higher than the right. He stated “ I was just trying to follow the previous barber” I’m not coming to you to imitate what the previous barber may have done, but for what Taylor Crawford as a Barber can do! I can’t knock you for the customer service , but I can knock you for this hair cut. I was hoping from the reviews, but I guess you can’t trust everything you read. Show more

I’m sorry if you were dissatisfied with your service. But it is difficult to do my job to the best of my ability when you were looking down at your phone the whole time. The service is better when you’re sitting up right and I can fully see the haircut. But thank you again for your business and sorry again if you we dissatisfied.
