Brittani was amazing! We were a little behind schedule, but the service wasn’t rushed at all. She took her time and detangled my hair before the wash ...and was very gentle. I didn’t feel any tugs. I have never had such a thorough wash. The massage and water pressure were A1. She asked how I wanted her to style my hair and I let her pick and it turned out amazing! My scalp is super clean, my hair is moisturized and my twists look so cute. I am not someone who particularly likes my hair or enjoys doing my hair and definitely left with a confidence high! I really wanted a certain color, and she did the test ...strand check, and the color I wanted wasn't working. She suggested something else, and it looked way better than what I pictured.
