Horrible experience. The description for the apointment I book said the hair was included and then when i get there i'm told i was supposed to bring m...y own hair which i didn't because i specifically booked the appointment where the hair was included. I was told to walk down the street to buy hair and the girl that was there wasn't even able to give me a clear discription of where this beauty supply store was that I was walking to. No heat in the building so i was freezing and then at the end she didn't deduct the hair that i was promised was included but i paid the girl anyways and she told me i had to exchange one of the 20s because it had an ink stain. So disappointed. Never again. Show more
