Rose is the absolute best for color. She is a master colorist! I have been with Rose for 8 years and there was only one other time I went with someone... else only to come back to Rose so she can fix what they did. Never again did I make that mistake. I have traveled coast to coast and no matter where I am in the united states I can be sure to receive compliments on my hair. Anywhere I go. I have had co workers, friends, family all go see Rose.
