Hi Marsha! Thanks for your feedback. Pls keep in mind your braiding was completed since 6/12 (20 days) for a $100 crochet style. And the next day I texted you & asked if all was good, but you did not reply. I did my best with it as you told me you had cut your hair and haven’t braid it for a very long time. When the braiding hair was not enough I had even called my husband and asked him to get it from the beauty supply. Unfortunately he did not get the right hair. Reason why you had to go back & get it. That day as well, I had an annual family gathering to attend, reason why I had to get ready and asked my partner to come and help me with your braiding. I Don’t really get it as that day after we were done, you were satisfied and gave us tips. But i am still available and open for you. As my unique & ultimate goal is to always take care of my clients very well. Pls let me know any time you want to come back, and I’ll braid you with a good discount. Say hi to your son👋🏼.
