The set under the dryer was intended to give you an idea of how your hair would look when air-dried, as we understood that was your ultimate goal. When you became upset, we felt it was best to give you some time and space while your hair dried, hoping that once the process was complete, you would feel more comfortable with the result. Our intention was never to ignore you, and we sincerely apologize if it came across that way. We completely respect that not every experience will be perfect, but we do pride ourselves on having stylists who are open-minded, versatile, and professional.
