This was my second visit with Wednesday. I came for my appt (beard trim 25mins) at 1:15, and she was finishing up with another client. At 1:24 she inv...ited her 1:45 appt into the chair and I had to remind her I was in for 1:15. I get in the chair and she said she only had 15 mins and could edge me up. She then checked her phone bc I let her know my appt was actually for 25 mins. I wanted an edge up and to blend my beard in. She said she would “have to” give me a taper also, and doesn’t have time for that… She asked me to reschedule, took the neck strip, barbers cape off and I walked out. Unprofessional, not coming back. **edit 9/4 10:19pm** Screen shots attached. My original review posted at 5:42pm. At 5:52pm she marked me as a no-show (see email) and alleged I showed up half way through my appt. That is a lie. I walked in at 1:15, right on time for my appt. I’m sure there’s camera footage to support my claims. Embarrassing. Show more

You showed up half way through your 25 minute appointment It's back to school season and I am booked down to the minute. I explained to you that I could give you a line up with the time remaining, you declined. You wanted a bald fade on your beard... which would require me to taper your sideburns or you'd look ridiculous. You suggested rescheduling and I agreed. It is my job as a professional to keep everybody’s best interest in mind without cutting corners. As you've heard I’m known for my attention to detail so I’ll take the L for refusing to rush the service vs rushing the service. Peace and love. *Edit* You were still late regardless! New Barbershops lead to skepticism, I just moved to Colonie recently and in need of a barber days before attending a wedding. First listed was the BES...T listed, shop provides a chill laid back vibe and the work is on point and clean. Definitely recommend and for sure have found my “home” shop! Show more
