I am extremely disappointed in my recent experience with this lash appointment. After months of consistently great service, as you can see from my pre...vious review I have been going to her for a while this time was a huge letdown. I requested a specific lash set, and it was clear from the start that the tech was not comfortable or confident with the style I wanted. If my natural lashes were not in the right condition for the set, it’s the lash tech’s responsibility to assess and recommend adjustments or suggest a different style. Instead of proceeding with a full set, and when the results weren’t good, you can’t blame the client and say well your lashes were damaged from the beginning. I don’t have a certification in this but I’m sure assessing your clients lashes before applying and to see if they’re any ingrown, broken, bent lashes or if they are really short. Then the discussion should be made about choosing a different style. If this was the case It took 3 hours or so to complete something that has never taken that long before. Perhaps she was having a rough day, but that’s no excuse to take a client’s money and attempt something she wasn’t confident in. While I appreciate the discount, it doesn’t make up for the frustration I experienced. After reaching out to have them removed even the removal of the lashes were harmful to my eyes due to the fact that it was burning constantly and I’m still very uncomfortable. While their are still lashes stuck to me eye I wish you the best in your business but Unfortunately, this will be my last visit. Show more

Sorry that you didnt like the results of the set … as an experienced licensed esthetician sometimes you cant determine the lash conditions if its not super visible until you are working on them… everyone has diff lash hair type… while the request of removal was done as resquested.. with the removal it was explained with precise directions what can be experience like the burning if anything… i did it at no charge with gentleness.. As a professional im always willing to work with any client if theyre unhappy .. there was no mention of or request to fix the set simply to remove them and as i got to respect the clients wish i did my job.. it would of been great to hear of this disconfort in person instead of going to social media 1st.. in business one must keep clients happy but the attitude and no communication gets in the way because its easier to bring it on social media than communicate it in person..i do not take noones money i do my job and spend the time doing it… im open to always make improvement so thank you for your input & i wish you the best…

The Karen I use to get lashed by was extremely pleasant, precise, and professional. However, today in my visit Karen was completely insensitive to me ...telling her the tape was irritating my eye and making it red. My eyes were completely lashed unevenly as well. My husband even noticed that one eye was lashed more than the other. I called Karen to talk about her lack of professionalism today and she still was extremely unprofessional. Now I know people have off days but if a customer that has been coming to you for two years/almost three informs you that your work is not the same, take notice. Be empathetic and try to resolve the matter. I will not return. We are good off of each other. Reply: You did take longer on the lashes but it wasn’t for me. The time hasn’t nothing to due with the lack of customer service. ✌🏾Adios. Show more
