My first time there I was extremely happy with my hair, I had 2 braiders and was done with in 3hrs. All of my parting was even. This second time I wen...t I had a braider named Mamy, very nice lady. The problem is, make sure you check your parting in the back of your hair ladies. There are braiders like her who will try to be slick and do big boxes in the back and then smaller ones in the front, and that’s exactly what she did playing in my head like that. Totally unacceptable. Stay on top of your parting ladies, dont be afraid to monitor your hair throughout the process. Show more

This place and the owner are very unprofessional. I called to book an appointment, she stated she would call me back in 2 mins and never did. I then c...alled back 2 hours later...no response so I booked online for 8am. I decided to called back 30 mins later and a man answered (must've been her husband) I asked for an appointment in the morning and he stated there were no appointments available for the morning only afternoons. I told him I booked online for an open slot at 8am, I heard the owner in the background say what did I say. The husband placed her on the phone and I stated that I booked online for 8am a couple of hours later and took screenshots of the reservation because these Africans hair braiders are always on some bullsh*t. She then pretended like she didn't hear me or like I was speaking another foreign language. I told her y tell me there's no appointments? She said she would call me back and never did. Unprofessional asses. I hate them with a passion. Show more

Although I had to wait a lil with a scheduled appointment the ladies were very nice and accommodating. Once in the seat I had two ladies braiding and ...was done in under 3 hours. I love my boho knotless braids 😍 Show more

First off I love the atmosphere in MY opinion it may not be everyone’s cup of tea but it feels very homey and comfortable in there . They get comforta...ble with you as you should with them . Their work ethic is amazing and have atleast 2 people working on your head at once . Not only did they get it done in an efficient time but a little earlier than expected I expected to leave @8 and left @7. They were super sweet to me and were very tending to what I wanted and did exactly that . Will be coming back ! Show more

Absolutely love my braids! My braider was great! My only complaint is the fullness. I have thin hair so I prefer my braids (or parting) on the smaller... side to achieve fullness. The braids I have are more smedium (medium parts). Nevertheless, they look amazing! Show more

Soon as I walked in someone was available 5 mins into braiding my hair someone came to help my braider a 6 hour style only took 2 and half hours

Got there at 9:20 something, was started right away! Amazing first of all. She was super fast seeing as to how she braided my VERY full head of hair a...lone. I was done no later than 2:45. She let me take breaks as needed. All in all I’m happy with the results. Show more

Second time being at this shop. Lovely braiders that had me in at 1 and out around 5. I did something different and got goddess braids. The 613 color ...of the hair did not match but it’s not bad. Just different. Next time will bring my own braiding hair as I had a color of blonde that would have matched the curly hair. Will be back soon! Show more
