As a professional I will own up to my mistake . I took an emergency walk in client over the client I had scheduled . Trying to be super woman and save everyone . I was overwhelmed and stressed . I asked this client’s mom (the client is under 18 and in high school) to bring her back so I can finish her color highlight process for the next day and she insisted that she will not bring be bringing her back . I offered an easy solution . And it was bad scheduling timing on the client’s end to schedule a chemical service on a school night . This client would have been at my salon late regardless if I had took the emergency client in or not . The mom wants to be extremely difficult . She only paid $85 which was a deal that I offered her and she didn’t mind paying that . Instead of agreeing with a solution, she would rather bash me , which is really weird because that shows you really don’t care about your daughter’s hair appointment in the first place . I did not get a deposit before this client came so it’s not like I got money up front . All money is not good money and some people are just EVIL
