Ava was extremely professional. She was really friendly and she listened carefully to what I wanted. I showed her a picture of how someone else did my... hair and she mimic the hairstyle to perfection. That is something my old stylist had problems doing. Her hands are anointed and you can tell she actually cares about her customers and performing exceptional customer service. Thank you Ava for such a great experience. I’ll start by saying I haven’t been to a hairstylist is 10+ years because for a list of reasons, many stylist have given me PTSD from their customer s...ervice and their outlandish policies. Miss Ava is not like the rest, she is in her own lane rightfully so. Prior to booking she took time out to respond to my concerns and questions. She is so patient, kind, she listens to your concerns, gives you maintenance tips, talented is an understatement. She is passionate about what she does and it truly shows from the way she talks to the outcome of her work. She literally gave me what I asked for. Her personality is so bright and fun. I can’t rant enough about this woman. This visit was the first of many to come. I had an amazing experience at my appointment. 10/10 highly recommended booking with her, just please leave some booking slots open for me 😁. Also this was a makeover/big chop. Show more

i came here for my latest big chop, and Ava was amazinggg! i typically do my hair myself, so i always feel hesitant passing the responsibility to some...one else, but let me tell you - i knew i was in good hands almost immediately. Ava is very knowledgeable and takes precautions to make sure she’s responsible with your hair care. since we were doing a virgin relaxer, she made sure to check in with me throughout my appointment and make sure i was comfortable. will definitely be going back for some color soon!
