I had a terrible experience at this salon. The hairstylist did not include washing for my hair I waited over an hour past my appointment, and the sty...list's service was unprofessional. Nearly after a couple of hours, my loc retwist became a disaster with every rubber band coming off and my expectations were not met. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I deserve and I am entitled to a full refund thats all I want and would never want to go back.
