My experience here will be my first and last. Not only did my braids start falling out two days after my appointment, my stylist was extremely unprofe...ssional. She kept complaining about the length and time it took to do my hair and she even left for an hour during my appointment! I was so excited to finally get my hair done here however the experience was horrible. I wish I could get a refund. I’m only giving 2 stars because they gave me a discount since I brought my own hair. Show more

I did not like my experience I made an appointment that was for 10:30am, my appointment was confirmed right away. I get to the salon 10 minutes before... just to be on time. I waited over an hour for no one to say a thing about my appointment confirmation or anything. I ended up leaving the salon because after my efforts of trying to get in touch with Margaret were completely ignored I was very annoyed. This place is horrible and they don’t respect the customers time of value. Show more
