Mona keeps you informed at every stage of your appointment,... is kind and personable, and the space is kept very clean. She not only cares about how your locs look, but the health of them as well. On the morning of Mona texted me to confirm my appointment. During the appointment she was very informative and detailed with her answers. I didn’t fe...el rushed, she made sure that all of my questions were answered. She also walked me through the different services that I may need to book in the present and future. This is my first time ever doing a consultation, let alone a virtual one, so I wasn’t too sure what to expect or if it would be substantial but I was very satisfied with it and would highly recommend it to anyone who’s interested in booking one.
