Two Strand Twists (Individual) Hair Length And/Or Density

If I could give a negative star I would. I don’t live in Atlanta but was here to visit with my parents and my niece, whom I was taking care of for the... summer. She just took out some braids and I wanted here to have a good wash, conditioner and treatment before putting in new braids. Since I don’t live in Atlanta I searched for a salon to take her to and came upon The ( Natural) Hair specialist of Atlanta. The reviews seemed good so I booked. Initially I thought this was an actual salon. I only looked to see if it was a decent travel distance from where I was stating, and it was. The day of, I checked the address again and and realized it was her home. I was going to cancel and eat the deposit because of previous bad experience. However, after expressing my concerns and speaking with family I decided to give her a chance. She called and discussed things with me before hand, which was cool. She greeted us at the door and her set up was cute and professional so my concern and nerves eased. I booked my niece for a wash, shampoo, conditioner, trim and protein treatment . I later found out from my niece that she only washed her hair once, put her “ treatment” in and put her under the dryer ( I should have paid more attention). My niece wanted a different style than I initially chose for her ( I booked a “kids natural style), she wanted two strand twist, which were under the adult prices. This was fine. So Cool, I knew there would be a price difference. While my niece was under the dryer, she went over the price changes with me. service will be 95 ( should include shampoo, conditioner and blow out). 15. For trim, 20 for treatment and an additional 10 for density which should be a base price of 140. While going over the prices her base price showed $175 making the price higher than expected.. I questioned her about it and she became defensive. I was only confirming, not accusing so I let it ride. She gave me a 15% discount) ( $5 off trim and 122off treatment ), strangely the number was not adding up. Turns out her app was adding ) additional services in error. ( not her error “) she fixed it accordingly, Then there is time to pay,she has a print out of a qr Code. I scanned the code in my bank app and it came up as an invalid QR code. I asked her for the phone number associated with her Zelle. I repeated the info back showed to her and received confirmation it was correct. I also asked her to make sure she got her funds before I left. She said it may take a few and I’m good to go. Less than 5 mins she rings me to say she didn’t get her funds and accused me of trying to scam her and wanted me to come back to her home. It was late at night and coming back to someone’s place. I don’t know who is accusing me of scamming her was a no for me. I told her I would send a screen shot. She repeatedly called and message me with the accusations despite sending her screenshots of the payment until after midnight. I also sent her a follow up message showing the confirmation of the payment with the info SHE confirmed the following day. My niece did like the two strand twice but it wasn’t worth the money nor the stress Show more

AND REFUSED TO COME BACK. CHECKED MY ACCOUT MULTIPLE TIMES UNTIL ALMOST MIDNIGHT NOTHING. YOU SENT THE PAYMENT THE NEXT DAY. I NEVER COMMUNICATED WITH YOU THE NEXT DAY AT ALL I GAVE IT TO GOD. YOU SENT ME A TEXT. I DESERVE TO GET PAYED AFTER WORKING 5HOURS SMH IT'S OK YOUR MAD BECAUSE I CALLED AN TEXTED BECAUSE YOU WASNT PLANNING ON PAYING ME! YOU! ABOVE PICS OF PROOF! 1. You changed the service the same day, the service is not in the kids section I gave you a discount because the price is no longer $ 75. BUT $95 includes Shamp/ Cond & Drying, TRIM $15, $36 ADDED OILS $10 density to it was not on the kids' page it will be in the regular section of services. Then you ask me why two strands twist on the kids' sectio. I explained that if it's not kids' it's on the regular page, and no client has ever asked me how to set up my services. 2. I went over the price with you several times ajusted as needed sat 4 times before starting the service, so there was no misunderstanding about the price when I answered all your questions we viewed screen together going over everything was fine gave discounts! You said you sent the payment, BEFOREyou left, showed zelle, and didn't press the send button. Before you left. Such ASHAME, YOU CANT WALK IN ANY STORE AND PAY THE NEXT DAY!NO WEAPON FORMED SHALL PROSPER
