So sorry to hear you were disappointed in the service you received. I was unable to clip your toenails because of how short they already were. This could have caused damage to your hyponychium, which is there to prevent dirt and bacteria from getting under the nail plate that can cause a infection. Your feet had soaked with the exfoliating scrub and then were scrubbed with a pumice stone which is what I use during my pedicures. I understand that the foot rub you received did not meet your expectations and for that I do apologize.
