Please stop lying because I have every last text and voice notes April 17th at 9:02am of you trying to buy weed off of me and voice notes you have try...ing. Do I need to show you our conversation based of April 17th ? I have them You were trying to buy off me while on your way there when you arrived over 30 minutes later . Do you not remember the conversation? He asked you to cut them in HALF and make it work not into 3 pieces. (as you kept trying to charge him MORE MONEY ON TOP OF $400 )He asked you to fix his damage locks in his consultation and you did not all the damage locks , not even the he has left over are still left over and not fixed but still DAMAGED . I hope you can learn from thisexperience. Why didn’t you mention everything else that you did were you messed up? Because you knew you were wrong you were late you were unprofessional. You were horrible. You did not wash his hair properly you washed it the day of his appointment , and dried it when you finished attaching it To his head. I booked for a instalock service and my hair wasn’t entirely instantly locked only half way through then retwisted. My locks should be instant lock to the ROOT OF MT HAIR not halfway through ( as you can see in the photos I attached)It’s only been two weeks and all my locks are coming out. This is ridiculous. I wear a bonnet and a scarf at night and I’ve never had this issue .Not only was she 35mins late to my appointment she only offered $10 off a $300 service. She also did my boyfriend‘s hair and she was also 30 minutes late and did not compensate him. She tried to buy weed off of me how unprofessional while still late .I understand we all have kids, but a lot of things are just unacceptable. Additionally, she did my boyfriend‘s hair for $400. Not only does she not properly wash out his hair it smelled like mop water because she did not properly dry them out they were damp. She made him cut his dreads three days prior and washed it the day of because when I sat down, I saw his dreads and she didn’t even bother clean them or wash them properly(may I remind you he came a day after me) so why am I looking at his dreadlocks touching the dirty combs and other utensils she has out? If he had to cut his hair three days prior to his appointment why are they still dirty a day before his appointment? She cut his hair way too short (we went to a consultation and we explained what we wanted to her )and has the nerve to ask for more money because she didn’t put in ALLL HIS DREADS AS HE ASKED. She is completely unprofessional and I wish I did not spend over $750 working with her. Additionally, she charged him $40 after paying $400 to do things to his hair I beg you next time you work with other customers you take your time and properly. Make sure that their hair properly interlocked and done properly so my dreads will not slip out. Why is my hair that you interlocked slipping out ? I can tell you why because you did not fully lock it !Next time go through Booksy so you can get your money back and do not pay her directly. She will not wash her hair and she will rush you in and out of you the chair to take on more clients, which is ridiculous.IF SHE TELLS U TO PAY ON Cashapp / Zelle RUNN ! She knows that when she messes up that she doesn’t have to go through Booksy so you know you cannot get your money back. Can you imagine when you’re trying to have a genuine conversation with somebody and it’s just them talking about basically how they can make more money off of you? Does not make me want to come back I have never met somebody that is so money hungry to try to make money off of you in my life. I uuunderstand money makes the world go around, but you are a very greedy person and I wish you well in life. Show more

I am really sad to read all of this. But let's start with the bold lie of me trying to but weed from you. Seriously??? I would never. Now, if you were unsatisfied, I really wish you would've contacted me. You have a softer texture hair, and to avoid scalp irritation, I didn't loc close to the scalp. And if you would have trusted the process, you would know how loc'n certain textures takes time, but we get there. And as for your boyfriend, I am really surprised because he sat in my chair and loved his hair. You also failed to mention he was supposed to be to the shop at 1 and came hours later, but I still accommodated yall. I have the pictures of him smiling ear to ear after his reattachment. Your boyfriend had 42 locs and wanted to use HIS hair to reattach. How do you make 42 locs into a full head of locs????? YOU CUT THEM!!!! And your boyfriend's hair was fully dry so you must have meant the pieces we didn't use. So, for whatever reason, you were really upset. I wish you would've addressed this differently, but I wish you and him the best on your loc journey.
