I absolutely love my knotless braids! She did an amazing job. She listened to me when I explained exactly what I wanted and she delivered. My hair is ...thin and she made sure to protect my hair as she braided. The shop is clean and I felt comfortable the entire time I there. I will definitely book again! Show more

I am a first timer. I will say this place was everything from the cleanliness and shop aesthetic of the shop to the friendly hard working staff member...s. The prices are a steal ! I enjoyed going to Bellevista skin. They place the greatest emphasis on upholding hygienic standards. The design and furnitures are fantastic. It was ...a pretty calm environment. Everyone was cordial and competent. I'm quite happy with how my hair turned out. Will undoubtedly return. I'm grateful, Mrs. Cynthia. She’s careful with my hair and her hands don’t hurt. Silk press

If I could give negative stars or zero stars, I would. This is not the place to get a silk press done. My hair was not completely straight and was poo...fy on top. By the time two hours had passed post-appointment, it looked like I simply got my hair blow dried. The following day people were asking if I did my hair myself. Little did they know, I spent $75 to get my hair done. Again, please do not get a silk press here. Not worth your time or money! All you will leave with is hair damage and a bad hair day. Edit: The fact that this establishment has replied to me several times about this single review should be a telltale sign to avoid them. In the first couple of replies, the claim was that my hair was already damaged, which was infuriating to hear when in the salon, the stylist kept saying how healthy my hair was. I did not refuse a trim. In fact, I said if there are any split ends, feel free to trim them off. Please stop lying to save face. This honest review was intended to be helpful, so people know not to come here to get a silk press done and so you know not to give people a silk press if you don't know how to. Please stop replying to my review! I am sure you are very talented, but your unprofessionalism and the fact that you won't take responsibility, is why this place is an extreme turnoff. The better response would be apologizing and hiring someone who knows how to do silk presses well. Show more

I can’t remember any customer leaving my shop unsatisfied. I remember you refused a trim which is essential for a silk press to last . Especially on damaged hair . If you are not satisfied you are welcomed to come back for a trim .
