She was professional, caring, and knowledgeable. She knew more about my hair than I did. She made recommendations as well as went above and beyond on ...service details, such as steam treatments, etc. My hair was so soft and hydrated and beautiful. She went over my hair goals, set realistic expectations, and explained my trim. Then she turned me around in the mirror to make sure we BOTH agreed on the amount that was being cut. We set realistic color goals and she's taking me lighter in stages, while keeping my hair my hair healthy. She explained each fee and she accepts all forms of payment, cash, credit, zelle. It was well worth the hunt to find her!!! This is my second visit and I'll continue to come. Show more
