Awful, I went earlier today and their sign said closed on monday. A baber came out and told me the other barber was on lunch break until 2:30 (It was ...1:50). I stayed in the area then came back at 2:30 and still was closed. I then waited about 10-15 mins then called the barber shop and the phone was picked up then as soon as I said "hello" I was hung up on. I then looked at the hours on the door and it said "closed" under Tuesday. They changed their hours. These people do a sloppy job and a 15 min haircut becomes a hour long haircut simply because the barbers are always so distracted. Over priced and I'm organized. Show more

Barber had 0 customer service skills. I was a first time customer and did not feel welcome at all. I needed an undercut and the barber didn’t even inq...uire about what kind of cut I needed. If I didn’t pull out the picture to show him... I’m not sure what I would’ve gotten. He rushed through the cut and it took less than 5 minutes with a design. My fade is all wrong..he left hair on the sides and my design was mediocre at best. He’s lucky I paid for it. Won’t recommend Show more
