Kids Haircut

The cost of the three children's haircuts came to $90. The promotion I booked on Booksy quoted $22.50 each. That is over a $20 difference that was not... honored. It seemed to be all over the place with the cost and I was quite disappointed. I had to pay $10 for a design on my son’s head that wasn't even a complete design. The star he got on the back of the head was not shaded, it was an outline of a star and not what he asked for. He also asked for three lines to connect the stars. The lines were about an inch and did not connect to the star at all. He was too shy to say no it is not what he wanted or he didn't like it since he is 7. Just all in all wasn't happy with the end game of it all. Don't offer a promotion on Booksy if you aren't going to honor it!! A bit disappointed. Funds are tight as it is and to offer a promo and then not honor it is not okay. And to put half an effort into a design that here is a cost for is not okay either. Please update your Booksy website and honor what you say. FOLLOWUP to your reply as I cannot find a reply back button: Thanks for the reply. Yes, I understand that money is just paper, but it is more than just paper when you are living paycheck to paycheck and our expected to pay one thing for service and then get told another especially when there is a big discrepancy in the amount. We assumed a design would be an add-on price, that was something we already knew, but when it’s far from up to par, it’s disappointing. It’s quite frustrating as the customer. And yes, of course you saw three happy boys. Because I have raised my children to be respectful, so they are going to say thank you and smile. And I only stated that one of my children was unhappy, but again he’s too shy to say it when it was being done, but regardless, he was gonna smile and say thank you because he is respectful. Yes I did the comment three days later because I had other things that took precedent over me writing a review and that is when I had the chance to do it. It’s not a requirement to do that same day. But again, as a customer via a review, I was just voicing my opinion and my thoughts because it is not right to show one thing and then do another. It’s not fair to the customer. Regardless, I paid the amount you guys told me and gave a tip to all three gentlemen that did their hair. At the stage I don’t feel like we will be coming back in right now or this month. We do not do haircuts weekly or monthly. We do them as needed. Thank you. Show more

I am very sorry, your children have free haircuts for a month or I can give you your money back. Money is just paper. I only try to give my service as best as possible for my son and my family. All 4 of them left, in my opinion, happy and content. It was a mistake that I want to fix. Thank you for your comment and your sincerity, even if it was 4 days after three children left with a smile on their faces, your comment is in your hands. Money back or 3 free haircuts for a month.
