Reserving was easy as clear directions are listed and stated. Address was sent 24 hours prior to service which is always great not having to reach out... 💕 . Service began at my actual reserved service time 🙌🏽. Service was completed very quick and efficiently and stylist was happy and willing to make any adjustments I requested after looking in the mirror . So far style is 100% holding up ! Thanks girl . I booked this appointment for my daughter, sent a photo of the style (a picture that’s was on the stylist ig) she wanted that was a style that the sty...list had already done of another client. Day of appt I drop my daughter off then 10 minutes later I receive a text from the stylist saying my daughters hair texture is not “right” for the style she wanted which was a half up half down style stating that she only uses spray to mold the ponytail and it will just wave up instead of laying slick, she also suggested her clients have a certain hair texture or a relaxer. My daughter didn’t want another style so we decided to just keep that original style asked for. My daughter entered that house at 11:03 am and by 11:59 she was calling to be picked up which is great that a stylist can be done that quickly except when I picked her up it was not the style she asked for it looked very rushed literally the half up portion looked like a birds nest, my daughter hated it but since she is 17 and was in a unfamiliar place by herself because of course there are no other guest allowed at the appt she just told her that she liked it while inside but once she told me she hated it I called the stylist to see if she could fix it and she seemed happy to fix it but when we got inside she had a very passive aggressive attitude also while trying to tell us where we went wrong instead of just taking accountability for her mediocre service, she kept stating that my daughter didn’t tell her that she wanted this or that when she shouldn’t have to because we literally sent you a picture of your OWN work. Once I showed her the picture of the style on her page she proceeded to say well that client has her real hair at the top like that is supposed to matter. she “fixed” it and it still looked like something I could have done at home myself. Since I just wanted to get out of there and didn’t think she was actually putting in the effort to make it nice I just thanked her and left smh. My daughter also told me she was in the back of her house talking to someone about my daughters hair texture which made her a little uncomfortable, she also said that the stylist son kept putting his feet on her and bothering her also the stylist was asking her random questions then not saying anything back after my daughter responded which also made her feel weird in that space..This is not my first experience with this stylist, I’ve had my hair done twice by her so I know the unprofessionalism that she displays at these appts. Also I booked my daughter for a ponytail about a year ago and after dropping her off she called me saying her hair was wet in the middle and it stinks I understand if that was the case but the way she handled it was very unprofessional so it is my fault this time that I even subjected myself and my child to such horrible customer service but we just needed a quick style and this stylist had a special but please believe I will be paying for better service next time..I guess you get what you pay for 🤷🏾‍♀️ this style was done yesterday and this is how it looks I also added a picture of the original style Show more
