The address of the barber's location is provided, but the establishment is listed under the name "Private Studio." I had scheduled a 12:00 PM appointm...ent, but at 11:00 AM, I received a message from BarberSter notifying me that he was running late and needed to reschedule for 12:30 PM. Upon arriving at the location, I attempted to reach him via text at 12:44 PM, as I was unsure of the suite number due to the presence of multiple barbershops within the building. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I found the lack of communication to be unprofessional. Show more
