Called ahead and was advised to book online to avoid waiting. Took the advice and I booked an appt for 3:30 and showed up on time only for the barber ...to have someone else at his chair. It wasn’t a situation where he had already began the haircut, the guy hadn’t even started cutting his hair yet. He then tells me to take a seat it’ll be 30 minutes or if I want I can come back later. Of course I was in a rush that’s why I made an appt before hand. I normally don’t write reviews but I felt disrespected. Show more

1. You called the "shop phone" which there isnt one because the owner answers on his personal phone, you didnt speak to me directly, to formally direct you. 2. I was already working and finishing one side of the taper to your view point it looks like nothing was being done or finished meanwhile i was already entirely done with one side. 3. Yes I asked if you didn’t mind waiting , i even asked the client in my chair to step off to service you, he declined because he also was short on time, overall I did not disrespect YOU at all when I was direct with you with no attitudes of emotions shown. To conclude it was all a miscommunication and i hope you find a barber suitable to your likings 👍
