I don’t want this to seem like it was just an horrible experience in totality. But I booked my mother a foot massage for her birthday being under the ...impression that it would be a good and thorough foot massage, due to the ratings and reviews (as well as speaking with the worker who stated it would be thorough). Gregory was very kind as well. But I did spend $75 plus $20 tip prior to appointment for the service, when it was not worth that amount. My mother stated she felt bad about the situation but the massage was not what was to be expected. She stated it was more like getting a bunch of lotion rubbed in on her feet versus a massage, where there was no pressure, squeezing, tension release,etc. It wasn’t like an actual foot massage in which was what I paid for which was disappointing, seeing as I was expecting the best or at least just a good massage . My mother stated she did ask Gregory to massage/apply pressure in which he stated he was going to but never actually did . There is no Ill intent towards this business, and like I said Gregory was VERY sweet. But I do ask if consumers are paying for an hour of service for that price that it actually be the service that was paid for, that is provided. It was compared to just putting lotion on rather than an actual massage that cost me $95 total. Show more
